I ordered this MP3, three times and each time the MP3 CD was defective. Amazon indicated that they are trying to get the manufacturer to resolve the defects. I was only able to listen to the first 3 chapters. Thus I have no opinion on the strength or weakness on the story itself. However, what I did listen to made me want to get a non-defective CD.

Lots of stuff you hope for from Nora Roberts. Had good depth and complexity in the story, built up well and didn't disappoint but wrapping up quickly.
It was a beautiful escape from reality & a poignant love story. Anyone who enjoys a love story with a bit of a mystery will enjoy this.Thank you Nora Roberts!

This was a book on tape for a disabled person who is just learning to listen to tapes on her cd player. It was a success.
A little bit out of reach of reality
Not my usual type of read but did enjoy it very much
I thought this was a lovely bit of escapism, I do think Ms Roberts has a great touch for the "magical" side of story telling. Even though I am a pragmatic person I will happily lose myself in her books, beliving every word as gospel whilst reading, and ending with a smile of my face. For that alone is every reason to read everything she has ever written. I'm nearly there!
